With options ranging from a casual, elegantly designed meeting room with sweeping ocean views to a relaxed thatched covered pavilion on the beach, Postcard Inn’s variety of venues offers a special element of surprise for each event.
The only question you need to answer is "Ocean View or Ocean Front?" Postcard Inn Beach Resort and Marina at Holiday Isle features seven distinct meeting and event locations comprising 5,780 square feet of newly renovated indoor meeting space and more than 130,000 square feet of outdoor waterfront event space in Islamorada.
The Horizon Room
The Horizon Room, located on the sixth floor of the main building at our Islamorada hotel and offers the most breathtaking panoramic views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Florida Bay from the highest point in the entire Keys. Appropriately named, from the horizon room you can capture a sunrise or sunset from the floor –to-ceiling windows that encompass the room or breathe in the ocean air from the two wrap around terraces. With 1,680 sq. ft. of meeting space, the Horizon Room comfortably accommodates 150 guests for dinner or up to 100 guests for meetings. Including the adjoining terraces, this room offers 3,690 sq. ft of combined space.
The Quarterdeck is located on the second floor of the main building and also offers floor- to-ceiling windows to view the crystalline Atlantic Ocean as well. This 1,680 sq. ft. meeting space can accommodate 80 guests for dinner and up to 75 guests for meetings. This room at our Florida Key resort is perfect for a getting acquainted game, such as “Celebrity Guessing,” where attendees wear a picture of a celeb taped to their back and get hints until they guess who it is.
The Beach Pavilion
The Beach Pavilion features 1,400 sq. ft. of space adjacent to Rum Runners Beach and boasts an authentic thatched roof. This festive island setting is ideal for receptions and outdoor gatherings for up to 150 guests at our Florida Keys resort.
Bimini Row, located adjacent to the resort’s marina, is 72,000 square feet and accommodates outdoor receptions and gatherings for up to 1000 guests. It would serve well as the finish line to a good old-fashioned scavenger hunt.
