Gotcha 45' Custom Owner/Capt. Mel Walker
 Capt. Mel Walker, started bass fishing with his Dad at the age of 3 in Jacksonville, Fla. While in High School, Mel played football and baseball, but he quit playing ball in the 10th grade so that he could spend more time fishing. He moved to Islamorada right after high school, working as a mate and captain on the local party boats and charter boats.
Mel has been fishing out of Holiday Isle for 20 years and has had some great catches including 7 sailfish in one day, 3 Blue Marlin in 2 weeks, and lots of great dolphin catches up to 60 lbs. He has also fished with some celebrities including Joe DiMaggio. Mel lives with his wife, Kathy, and two blue heelers, "Buster" and "Lucy." The Gotcha is available for Full, 1/2 day and 3/4 day private or split charters.
